We are currently seeking Part-time and or Full-time enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Front Desk Staffs in our Middletown Head Over Heels location. As a vital part of our office staff, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive experience for our customers and assisting in the smooth operation of our facilities. We are looking for qualified individuals (18 yrs +) who are available afternoons and evenings Monday through Friday, as well as Saturday day shifts.
These positions are permanent, year-round roles in our growing company. Only applicants meeting the necessary qualifications and availability will be considered.

Schedule: Evening shift
Qualifications:
- Positive & enthusiastic personality.
- Access to reliable transportation and the ability to commute to one or more of our 4 locations.
- Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and other similar programs.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Prior experience with iClassPro is an advantage.
- Part-time roles require availability from 4 PM to 9 PM on weekdays and Saturday mornings.
- Full-time roles require varied availability 9AM to 9PM on weekdays and Saturday mornings.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to parents, guardians, and visitors.
- Answer and manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist in the registration process for classes and programs.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain organized records of customer information and class schedules.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and positive customer experience.
