Profile/Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a field such as Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field.

  • Certifications like Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM).

  • Minimum 2 of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain Management.

  • Data Analysis Tools: Knowledge of data analysis tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.

  • Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • English - Advanced

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supplier Selection and Management: Identifies, evaluates, and selects suppliers based on factors such as quality, price, delivery, and service.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiates best prices according with the market, management contracts with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
  • Purchase Order Management: Creates, manages, and tracks purchase orders to ensure accurate and timely ordering.
  • Risk Management: Identifies, assesses, and mitigates risks associated with suppliers and contracts.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Works with quality teams to ensure that purchased goods and services meet quality standards.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Develops and manages budgets for procurement activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzes procurement data and market trends to inform business decisions.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Management: Ensures that procurement activities comply with relevant laws, internal procedures, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration: Communicates and collaborates with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Develops and maintains strong relationships with suppliers to ensure continuity of supply and collaborative partnerships.
