Estimator – Commercial Construction

Winter Construction is seeking a Commercial Estimator to join our preconstruction team. This is an opportunity to work with a trusted general contractor on a wide range of local projects in the education, municipal, hospitality, and retail sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate estimates and manage all aspects of the bidding process
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure complete and competitive bids
• Maintain and build relationships with qualified subcontractors
• Organize and manage bid data and documentation
• Present estimates and assist with business development as needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of commercial construction experience
• Bachelor's degree in construction or a related field
• Based in Metro Atlanta or willing to relocate
• Strong communication, organizational, and estimating software skills
