Outside Sales Representative

Overview
We are a locally owned and operated towing and roadside assistance company in Corpus Christi, Texas, seeking a motivated and reliable Outside Sales Representative to help grow our business throughout the Coastal Bend area. This position focuses on building relationships, generating new accounts, and maintaining strong partnerships with local businesses that require towing, recovery, and roadside services.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, professional, and comfortable working independently in the field. This role requires face-to-face sales, relationship management, and consistent follow-up to drive long-term business growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and market research to expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain relationships with auto repair shops, dealerships, property managers, apartment complexes, fleet operators, and commercial clients
• Promote towing, recovery, and roadside service offerings to potential customers
• Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and follow-ups with prospects and existing clients
• Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and activities
• Collaborate with operations and dispatch to ensure customer satisfaction
• Represent the company professionally at networking events and community functions
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

Qualifications

• Previous outside sales experience preferred (B2B experience a plus)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with strong time-management skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with the Corpus Christi area is a plus
