What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage inbound customer communications by answering calls and emails to address inquiries, requests, and issues
- Consult with customers on how to successfully use the product/service based on their individual needs
- Maintain expertise in the product to provide accurate and strategic information to customers
- Record customer interactions in the CRM system for internal awareness and relationship development
- Address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- 1-2 years of proven experience in supporting client success
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to provide above and beyond service to delight customers
- Strong time-management and prioritization skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in a customer service role in a related industry
- Knowledge of additional languages for better customer support
