What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage inbound customer communications by answering calls and emails to address inquiries, requests, and issues
• Consult with customers on how to successfully use the product/service based on their individual needs
• Maintain expertise in the product to provide accurate and strategic information to customers
• Record customer interactions in the CRM system for internal awareness and relationship development
• Address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 1-2 years of proven experience in supporting client success
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to provide above and beyond service to delight customers
• Strong time-management and prioritization skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems

• Experience in a customer service role in a related industry
• Knowledge of additional languages for better customer support
