Job Summary
We are on the lookout for a passionate and organized Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen. In this role, you'll oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service and top-notch food quality in a lively, fast-paced environment. Duties

  • Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet quality standards.
  • Supervise kitchen staff, providing training, guidance, and support to foster a motivated and efficient team.
  • Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service during busy hours, special events
  • Lead staff hiring processes such as interviewing candidates and conducting ongoing training & development initiatives.

Experience

  • Proven management experience in a fast paced environment, ideally with casual dining or fine dining backgrounds.
  • Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food handling safety practices.
  • Hands-on experience with restaurant POS systems (TOAST)
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise teams effectively while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
  • Background in hospitality management or hotel experience is a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in training staff, budgeting, and food service management.
