As our workload and client base continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Millwork Project Manager to join our expanding team.

Position Overview

The Millwork Project Manager will oversee millwork projects from pre-construction through fabrication and installation. This includes coordinating production, managing schedules, interpreting architectural drawings, and ensuring work is completed with superior craftsmanship and within budget. The ideal candidate has hands-on knowledge of millwork and cabinetry, strong communication and organizational skills, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial and residential casework and trim projects from award through closeout
  • Interpret architectural and shop drawings; verify dimensions and scope prior to fabrication
  • Coordinate with drafting/engineering, production, installation crews, and onsite project teams
  • Create and maintain project schedules, submittals, and change orders
  • Communicate proactively with clients, architects, GCs, and subcontractors
  • Monitor project budgets, labor hours, and materials to ensure profitability
  • Perform site visits to confirm conditions, timelines, and quality control
  • Lead project handoffs from estimating to production and installation
  • Address field changes, troubleshoot issues, and drive resolutions
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety, quality control, and performance standards

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in millwork, cabinetry, or casework project management OR related construction management role
  • Strong understanding of woodworking, fabrication, and installation methods
  • Ability to read architectural drawings, details, and shop documents
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Cabinet Vision or similar software is a plus
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external partners
  • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Valid driver's license and ability to visit project sites

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60, $85,000.00 per year
