Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Full Time Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office environment. This role is essential in ensuring smooth administrative workflows, effective team coordination, and efficient management of office resources. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive attitude, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for creating a productive and welcoming workplace. As the backbone of our office, you will manage administrative tasks, dispatch, collect payments, invoice, coordinate events, supervise staff, and maintain property management relationships to support our organizational goals. Knowing how to use ADP is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring an organized and efficient work environment
  • Manage scheduling for meetings, appointments, and company events to optimize team productivity
  • Keep track of employee times and timesheets
  • Calculate payroll every week
  • Supervise administrative staff and provide training & development opportunities to foster growth
  • Handle human resources functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and supporting payroll processes using QuickBooks or similar software
  • Manage front desk duties including multi-line phone systems, greeting visitors, and maintaining a professional reception area- light cleaning work
  • Organize filing systems—both digital and physical—to ensure quick access to important documents
  • Oversee calendar management for plumbing techs and field operator
  • Plan and execute company events or meetings
  • Use our dispatching software program
  • Collect payments and billing

Skills

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills
  • Supervising experience with the ability to lead and develop a team effectively
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with phone etiquette expertise
  • Strong event planning capabilities for coordinating meetings, trainings, or company functions
  • Experience with human resources functions including onboarding, employee records management, and HR compliance
  • Familiarity with plumbing office management is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently using schedule management tools
  • Skilled in managing property management accounts
  • Competence in filing systems (digital & physical), front desk operations, and multi-line phone systems

Pay: $ $29.44 per hour
