Title: Senior Financial Analyst

Looking for a finance professional to join a high-performing team as a Senior Financial Analyst. This role partners closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver insights that drive growth and operational excellence.

What You'll Do:

• Key player in the financial planning processes, including annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and working capital analysis.
• Build and refine financial models to support decision-making and long-term strategy.
• Prepare custom reports, scorecards, and executive presentations for leadership reviews.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track business health and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Ops and other stakeholders to provide actionable insights that enhance margins and support revenue growth.
• Involved with many special projects involving strategy and the overall business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting
• 3+ years' of relevant experience
• Strong Excel modeling and data analytics capability
• Strong quantitative financial skills
• Advanced PowerPoint capabilities
