Pay: $40–$65 per hour (based on experience & certifications)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time

We are expanding our team and seeking a professional Automotive Technician who holds themselves to the highest standards of workmanship and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance across a wide range of vehicles

• Communicate clearly with the service team regarding concerns, timelines, and repair recommendations

• Provide honest, transparent service aligned with DMA's customer-first values

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Deliver consistent, high-quality work that reinforces our reputation for excellence

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of automotive technician experience

Work on all makes and models, including European Vehicles

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

• ASE certifications preferred but not required

• Commitment to honesty, professionalism, and customer satisfaction

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
