About The Role
We are seeking an accomplished
Senior Solutions Architect
with deep experience supporting Federal and Defense organizations to design, implement, and scale advanced
AI-driven decision intelligence solutions
. This position is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data science, engineering, and mission-driven innovation—helping organizations unlock the full potential of artificial intelligence and analytics to accelerate readiness, efficiency, and insight.

As a trusted technical advisor, you'll collaborate closely with Federal clients, guiding them through the architecture, integration, and deployment of transformative AI and analytics solutions that directly impact operational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Partnership: Serve as the primary technical point of contact, establishing credibility with stakeholders and advising on strategies that advance mission-critical objectives.
• Pre-Sales Leadership: Work alongside business development teams to deliver compelling demonstrations, shape proposals, and craft clear technical responses that highlight value and innovation.
• Architectural Vision: Define scalable, secure, and forward-looking architectures that align with organizational goals and mission requirements.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable plans for diverse audiences—bridging customer needs with engineering, data, and AI teams.
• Technical Risk Oversight: Identify potential risks early in engagements and develop robust mitigation strategies to ensure seamless delivery and long-term system resilience.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and marketing teams to develop technical content, ensure feedback loops from customers, and influence future product direction.

What You Bring

• Active DoD SECRET clearance (or higher).
• 10+ years of experience supporting Department of Defense programs or related federal initiatives.
• Hands-on technical expertise in areas such as data science, machine learning, data engineering, cloud infrastructure, and systems integration.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating complex technical solutions into clear, actionable insights.
• Demonstrated leadership, critical thinking, and the ability to manage competing priorities independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Land, Sea, or Air Maintenance operations.
• Background in Predictive Maintenance, Supply Chain Optimization, or Munitions Storage Planning within defense contexts.
• Familiarity with risk management frameworks, cloud service providers, and large-scale AI architectures.
• Understanding of the unique technical and security challenges within DoD and Intelligence Community environments.
• Active or eligible TOP SECRET clearance.

Compensation
Salary Range:
$150,000 – $300,000 (based on experience and qualifications), plus performance-based incentives.
