• International travel every other month for 2 weeks (typically 2nd and 3rd weeks)
• Primary travel destination: Paris, France
• Minimum 2 months' advance notice provided for travel

Role Summary

This Internal Auditor role focuses on evaluating financial and operational processes to ensure compliance, identify risks, and recommend improvements. The position plays a critical role in enhancing organizational effectiveness through assurance and advisory engagements, testing control design, adequacy, and operating effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and progressively lead audit engagements across global business units
• Review financial records, accounting practices, and operational processes to identify risks and inefficiencies
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Assess risk management processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
• Partner with management to develop and implement policies that promote transparency and accountability
• Participate in special projects, due diligence reviews, post-acquisition audits, and investigations
• Stay current on audit standards, tools, and technologies through ongoing training
• Act as an independent advisor providing objective assurance and recommendations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in
  Accounting or Finance
• Master's degree or professional certifications (
  CPA, CIA, ACCA
  ) preferred
• 4–8 years of experience
  in an external audit firm
• Big 4 experience preferred
• Ability to travel internationally for up to
  2 weeks at a time
