Job Title: Electrical Journeyman (Commercial)

Location: El Paso, Texas

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay Rate: $22–$36 per hour (based on experience)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Journeyman to join our commercial electrical team in El Paso, Texas. This position is responsible for performing, leading, and overseeing commercial electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting while ensuring all work meets NEC requirements, project specifications, and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial electrical systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings
• Plan layouts and oversee conduit runs, wire pulls, and terminations
• Lead and mentor electrical apprentices on job sites
• Ensure work is performed in compliance with NEC, local codes, and company standards
• Perform quality checks and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Coordinate with foremen, project managers, and other trades
• Maintain job site safety and enforce OSHA regulations
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently

Preferred Experience:

• Strong background in commercial electrical work
• Experience with warehouses and/or data centers is highly preferred
• Experience with large-scale power distribution, lighting systems, and control systems

Requirements:

• Valid Journeyman Electrician license (Texas)
• Experience working in commercial electrical environments
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Strong leadership skills and attention to detail
