Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic
Corporate Archives Coordinator
to support the day-to-day operations of a Corporate Archives team based at the 2 Folsom Street hub. This role blends
project coordination, research, and employee engagement
, serving as a key contributor to access-building initiatives across multiple brands.

As a go-to tour guide and ambassador for the archives, you'll be the energy visitors feel when they walk through the doors. Your research skills, interest in fashion and brand history, storytelling ability, and eye for compelling presentation will help bring brand heritage to life. When not supporting tours or business requests, you'll coordinate with external vendors and internal partners while contributing to digitization, processing, and organizational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate archival projects, including asset intake, movement, tracking, and processing
  • Lead tours and support activations, installations, and other engagement initiatives at corporate hubs
  • Respond to internal research requests and provide access to archival materials
  • Rehouse, scan, and digitize physical archival assets; upload and manage digital files according to team standards
  • Support the maintenance and organization of onsite and offsite storage spaces
  • Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams on archival projects
  • Provide general project management and administrative support as needed

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required; coursework or a degree in Library Science, Archival Studies, Museum Studies, or a related field is a plus
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in archival assistance, collections management, or a related role (corporate environment preferred)
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Comfortable with public speaking and engaging audiences in a friendly, energetic manner
  • Experience using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and digital imaging software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively within a team
  • Interest in fashion, retail, brand history, or storytelling strongly preferred
