Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the engineering and maintenance department
• Oversee all hotel systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and general facility operations
• Implement and manage a strong preventive maintenance program
• Utilize CMMS systems to track work orders, inventory, and compliance records
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure brand and safety compliance
• Supervise vendors, contractors, and renovation projects
• Oversee PLC controls, mechanical systems, and schematics interpretation
• Train and mentor engineering staff on best practices and safety procedures
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and prepare reports for management
• Ensure hotel remains in excellent condition and guest ready at all times

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years in a hotel Chief Engineer or Maintenance Supervisor role
• Strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems knowledge
• CMMS experience required
• Leadership and team training experience
• Comfortable working with schematics, meters, and mechanical controls
• Able to be on call for emergency repairs
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
