Waiter/Server

Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that customers receive prompt, friendly service while enjoying their meals. Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff.
• Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions guests may have regarding food and beverages.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our culinary standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns or needs promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and efficient service flow.
• Manage time effectively to handle multiple tables simultaneously while providing excellent guest services.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
• Familiarity with POS systems; experience with OpenTable is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members alike.
• A background in culinary arts or kitchen operations is beneficial but not required.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
