What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Handle inbound calls regarding suspected fraud traffic, identity theft, and credits
- Create cases for customers and update order information related to fraud
- Make outgoing calls to follow up on fraud orders and secure equipment
- Analyze network traffic and orders to assess risk and mitigate fraud
- Manage high-volume workload effectively to mitigate fraud
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must provide your own computer monitor; remaining equipment will be provided
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout your shift
- Must have high-speed internet and the ability to connect directly to an Ethernet portal
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Ability to operate multiple windows and tabs smoothly while providing excellent customer experience
- Superb attendance record, ensuring availability when customers need assistance
- Schedule flexibility to work within hours of operation, 7 days a week between 8 a.m. and 12:30 a.m.
