We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Team Lead to support daily site operations and lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Your Responsibilities
As a Team Lead, assist the Assistant Site Leader and Site leader in daily operations, responsible for helping lead daily operations, ensuring service excellence, and supporting team success. Key duties include:

• Supporting employee training and enforcing Glide's customer service and uniform standards
• Overseeing daily schedules, cleaning protocols, concierge operations, and lobby activity
• Opening/closing the site and ensuring readiness for daily operations
• Handling customer concerns, damage claims, and membership issues professionally
• Managing inventory, supplies, and maintenance requests
• Engaging in local B2B outreach to support sales initiatives
• Covering shifts as needed to ensure full staffing and operational continuity

Schedule

• Day, evening, or weekend shifts depending on site needs
• In-person role across our active locations

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
