Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise landscape maintenance crews to ensure quality work.
• Coordinate daily operations and assign tasks effectively.
• Maintain high standards of safety and professionalism on all job sites.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Train and mentor team members to develop their skills.
• Oversee the proper use of equipment and materials.
• Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in landscape maintenance or related field.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Knowledge of landscaping, horticulture, and irrigation systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Physical ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Preferred: prior experience leading a crew or team.
