Sr Gen AI Engg requirement

Design and implement advanced Generative AI solutions leveraging LLMs multimodal models and agentic frameworks

Build productiongrade applications using RAG pipelines prompt engineering embeddings and finetuning techniques

Develop scalable architectures integrating cloud AI services Azure OpenAI AWS Bedrock GCP Vertex AI

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver AIdriven automation and intelligent decisionmaking systems

Optimise model performance latency and cost through rigorous experimentation and benchmarking

Ensure compliance with security privacy and ethical AI standards across all deployments

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing on emerging GenAI technologies

Integrate AI agents with enterprise workflows using frameworks like LangChain AutoGen and CrewAI

Drive innovation by researching cuttingedge generative techniques and applying them to business use cases

Communicate technical concepts effectively to stakeholders and support strategic AI initiatives
