Job Overview
Carmine's Gourmet Market & Restaurant is looking for a full-time/part-time Pizza Maker for their well-established Gourmet Market located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. The Pizza Maker will be responsible for the daily preparation and cooking of pizzas, ensuring food quality and presentation standards are met. Responsibilities include preparing dough and ingredients, operating pizza oven, maintaining cleanliness of the workspace, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires close collaboration with the restaurant to ensure orders are completed efficiently and meet high-quality standards.

Duties

• Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and menu specifications.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored, adhering to food safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper food handling practices.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with local health department standards.

Skills

• Food Preparation and Cooking skills
• Experience in Food & Beverage and Customer Service
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards
• Previous experience as a pizza maker or in a similar culinary role is a plus
