Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A Business Partner (multiple business lines)
Location: Greater Philadelphia / Main Line area
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Compensation:
Up to ~$115K base + annual bonuses
This is a senior FP&A role for a high-performing financial professional who will serve as the primary finance partner for a defined business line. You will
own the financial narrative
, act as the face of Finance to senior leaders, and provide the modeling, insights, and recommendations that shape strategic and operational decisions.
This role is not about reporting after the fact. It is about
anticipating outcomes, influencing direction, and earning trust
through data-driven insight and executive-level communication.
Ideal Profile
- CPA strongly preferred
- 5+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience
- Advanced financial modeling skills (scenario analysis, sensitivity modeling, long-range planning, investment cases)
- Proven ability to present complex financial information clearly to senior leadership
- Strong business acumen with the confidence to challenge assumptions and influence outcomes
- Comfortable operating as the sole or lead finance owner for a business area
- Highly detail-oriented with strong governance and process discipline
What You'll Do
- Own financial partnership for an assigned business line
, serving as its primary finance lead - Build and maintain complex financial models to support strategy, investment decisions, and performance management
- Lead annual planning, quarterly forecasts, and multi-year outlooks with full accountability for accuracy and insight
- Translate financial data into clear, actionable recommendations for business leaders
- Develop and present executive-ready materials, dashboards, and performance narratives
- Establish credibility and trust with senior stakeholders through consistency, transparency, and command of the numbers
- Identify risks, opportunities, and trade-offs, and proactively surface them to leadership
- Drive improvements in forecasting quality, reporting efficiency, and financial visibility
- Support special initiatives and high-impact analyses as needed

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required (Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred)
- Graduate degree a plus
- CPA, CMA, CFM, or similar credentials strongly preferred
