Full-time Dishwasher

$15.45 per hour Hotel Congress LLC is looking for a full-time dishwasher.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure all guests receive clean plates, glassware and flatware, in a timely fashion, and according to our specifications – Every Guest, Every Time.
• Ensure all pots, pans, utensils or any item used in food preparation is cleaned, sanitized, and stored properly.
• Be knowledgeable of our dish machine operation, chemicals and their uses.
• Maintain a clean section and workstation throughout each shift.
• Practice all Pima County Health Department health codes.
• Practice all Maynards personal hygiene and uniform standards daily.
• Remove trash and recycling from kitchen and place in appropriate receptacles.
• Adhere to and work scheduled shifts.
• Assist your fellow employees.
• Notify Chef anytime equipment falls below standard and/or requires repair.
• Never touch dirty dishes before touching clean dishes without washing hands first.
• Perform opening and closing duties, checking out with the chef
• Accurately complete daily and weekly duties.
• Sincerely express core personality qualities.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Effective verbal communication
• Lifting 20-50 lbs (trays, dish racks, glass racks, etc.)
• Pushing lbs
• Carry 20-50 lbs (trays, dish racks, glass racks, etc.)
• Must be able to have balance and maneuver throughout busy kitchen
• Need to be able to stand for long periods of time – 90% of shift minimum
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability
• Strong work ethic
