Lead a high-performing team of Senior Solutions Architects specializing in cutting-edge cloud and managed services solutions, driving innovation with AWS, Azure, GCP, and VMware. Your expertise will shape outcome-driven cloud architectures while fostering a collaborative environment where exceptional technology is powered by exceptional people.

The Role

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Architects focused on cloud and managed IT services solutions.

• Act as an executive sponsor in key customer engagements, providing strategic and technical oversight.

• Guide your team in tailoring cloud architectures, blending hosted/private cloud, public cloud, and managed services.

• Partner with Product and Engineering to integrate customer insights into future roadmap discussions.

• Represent RapidScale at trade shows, partner events, and public speaking engagements.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years experience in a related field, with 3+ years in a leadership role leading pre-sales or technical solution teams.

• Demonstrated success leading technical pre-sales teams and complex infrastructure architecture efforts.

• Deep knowledge of traditional cloud and hosted infrastructure: VMware, virtual desktop (Citrix), backup/DR, and security.

• Strong understanding of public cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps principles.

• Proven ability to engage with and influence both executive and technical stakeholders.
