As a Store Associate/Barista at The Irie Cup, you'll be an essential part of our team, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile. Here's what your day-to-day might look like: - Prepare and serve a variety of tea beverages with care and precision. - Provide exceptional customer service, helping guests choose their perfect tea or gift to take home. - Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring the store is always welcoming. - Operate the cash register and handle transactions with accuracy. - Assist with restocking supplies and keeping inventory organized. Packing and shipping online orders-Packaging dry tea materials- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.

To thrive in this role, you should bring: - At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a café, retail, or food service setting. - A passion for wellness, tea, and creating memorable customer experiences. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. - A team-oriented attitude and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
