Position Summary:
The Server is responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience by providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service to all guests. This role includes greeting and seating guests, taking accurate food and beverage orders, delivering items promptly, and anticipating guest needs throughout their visit. Servers maintain strong knowledge of the menu, ensure proper table maintenance, and collaborate closely with hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff to support smooth and consistent service. Success in this position requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to stay organized and composed in a fast‑paced environment.
The Server Assistant supports the front‑of‑house team by ensuring a smooth and efficient dining experience for all guests. This role is responsible for assisting servers with table maintenance, delivering food, refilling beverages, clearing and resetting tables, and keeping service areas clean and organized. The Server Assistant helps maintain the pace of service by anticipating needs, responding quickly to requests, and working closely with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff. Success in this position requires strong teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to stay focused and efficient in a fast‑paced environment.
The Server Lead plays a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience while supporting and guiding the front‑of‑house team. This position combines high‑level guest service with leadership responsibilities, including overseeing shift flow, assisting with training, and ensuring service standards are consistently met.
The Server Lead greets and assists guests, takes accurate food and beverage orders, delivers items promptly, and anticipates guest needs throughout their visit. They maintain strong menu knowledge, support table maintenance, and collaborate closely with hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth, efficient service. Key Responsibilities-Server:
Greet guests warmly and provide an excellent dining experience
Suggest menu items and upselling specials, food, and beverages including alcohol
Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and ingredients
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring proper presentation
Anticipate guest needs and respond with professionalism and care
Process payments and handle transactions responsibly
Keep service areas clean, organized, and guest‑ready
Perform side duties and other tasks assigned by management
Collaborate with hosts, server assistants, bussers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
Server Assistant
Handle busy periods with professionalism and a positive attitude
Perform and adhere to legal standards of alcohol service; conduct ID checks, strictly monitor guest alcohol consumption, and perform service refusal during overconsumption
Assist servers by delivering food, refilling beverages, and clearing tables
Run food from the kitchen to guests with accuracy and professionalism
Maintain clean and organized dining areas, service stations, and side‑work areas
Reset tables quickly and efficiently to support smooth seating flow
Support servers during busy shifts with a positive, team‑focused attitude
Monitor guest alcohol consumption and report excessive consumption to servers, bartenders, and management
Follow all sanitation and safety guidelines
Perform side work and other responsibilities as assigned by management
Work collaboratively with servers, hosts, bartenders, and Expo to ensure smooth service
Provide friendly, attentive service to ensure guests feel welcomed and cared for

Lead or assist with pre‑shift meetings, sharing specials and reinforcing service standards
Assist with training new servers and reinforcing best practices
Step into service roles as needed during high‑volume periods
Monitor dining room cleanliness, readiness, and adherence to company standards
Uphold and model professionalism, teamwork, and hospitality expectations
Collaborate with hosts, server assistants, bussers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

What We're Looking For:
2 years previous serving experience (Server). Minimum 3 years serving experience; 2 years leadership or lead‑server experience preferred (Server Lead). Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required (Server Assistant)
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Friendly, positive attitude with a passion for hospitality
Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy shifts
Reliable, punctual, team‑oriented, eager to serve
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong understanding of health regulations and ability to enforce cleanliness standards.
Required certifications Food Handler's Certification and TABC
Pay: $ $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 30.0 per week
