Job Classification: Salary $65,000 - $85,000 per year based on experience.

US Brick has a current vacancy to join our diverse and dynamic company as a Maintenance Supervisor. This role will report directly to the Plant Manager.

What you will be doing:

• Direct supervision of 4-6 crew members

• Scheduling your crew to provide 12-hour coverage each day as well as after hours on call requirements

• Manage repairs and preventative maintenance throughout the plant

• Ordering parts as needed

• Using our common systems in our facilities to include hydraulics, pneumatics, Fanuc Robotics, Allen Bradley PLC's as well as tradition mechanical and electrical component

• Bachelor's degree in management or engineering (Industrial, Mechanical or Materials) Not required but a plus.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Ability to learn Allen Bradley PLC ladder logic
• Be a strong problem solver
• Be a highly effective communicator, both verbal and written
• Ensure that equipment and personnel adhere to all safety standards
• Time management and organizational skills
• Understanding the importance of all departments inside the plant working together to achieve a common goal, the organization must come before any one specific department
• Prioritize both cleanliness and organization and importance of this with regards to efficiency and safety
• PC skills to include Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of Oracle is a plus
