We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Equipment Sales and Maintenance Coordinator to drive our equipment management initiatives forward. Duties

• Manage the sales process for industrial equipment, including client consultations, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Coordinate scheduled maintenance activities for a wide range of equipment including HVAC systems, electrical systems, high voltage and low voltage machinery, and mechanical components.
• Supervise maintenance teams ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational standards while performing troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, schedule inspections, and maintain accurate records of equipment history.
• Read and interpret schematics, electrical diagrams, and mechanical schematics to diagnose issues effectively.
• Oversee the installation of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and electrical systems ensuring compliance with technical specifications.
• Lead project management efforts for equipment upgrades or installations within manufacturing or facilities environments.
• Conduct regular inspections using tools like ohmmeters and multimeters to assess electrical integrity—especially in high voltage or sensitive low voltage systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop maintenance strategies that improve reliability while minimizing downtime.
• Provide leadership in supervising staff members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety excellence.

Experience

• Proven management experience in facilities management or industrial maintenance roles with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience—familiarity with HVAC systems, schematics, and industrial machinery is essential.
• Hands-on experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, and electrical testing tools such as ohmmeters.
• Demonstrated expertise in maintenance management software (CMMS) for scheduling and recordkeeping purposes.
• Background in manufacturing environments or industrial settings with exposure to high voltage and low voltage electrical systems.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills in English for clear documentation and coordination across teams.
