Roofing inspection experience is required.
This position owns the full inspection, estimating, presentation, and closing process for residential roofing repairs and replacements. Training is provided, but prior roofing and inspection experience is non-negotiable.
Compensation
- Base salary + commission (or straight commission option)
- No commission caps
- Realistic annual income: $100,000–$200,000+(These are actual earnings from current reps, not projections)

Responsibilities
- ***We do not push the sell, we educate homeowners and present options based on their needs, budget, and timeline.
- Perform residential roof inspections throughout the Greater Sacramento area (Full service Area: )
- Identify leaks, issues, maintenance, and replacement options
- Deliver a clear, professional sales presentation to homeowners
- Present repair and replacement options, including financing
- Accurately estimate roofing work and materials
- Meet and exceed sales quotas (uncapped)
- Maintain strong communication with the production team
- Track, update, and follow up on all sales opportunities
- Participate in ongoing training and improvement initiatives
- Identify potential lead opportunities when appropriate

Requirements
- 2+ years of residential roofing inspection and/or roofing sales experience
- 2+ years of sales experience with proven quota attainment
- 1+ year experience selling financing/
