Job Summary: We are seeking compassionate, dedicated, and patient individuals to join our team as Caregivers at CuraVistas Highline Assisted Living Community. In this role, you will provide hands-on care and support to our residents, ensuring their well-being, comfort, and happiness. You will be an essential part of our team, working closely with residents, their families, and other staff to foster a warm, nurturing environment. Whether assisting with daily activities, administering medication, or simply offering companionship, you will help our residents maintain their dignity and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
  • Administer medication and manage resident care routines.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
  • Assist with meals, including feeding and dietary management.
  • Monitor and document residents' health and well-being.
  • Communicate with families, team members, and healthcare professionals to ensure the best care.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for all residents.
  • Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous caregiving experience is preferred
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and assist residents with mobility needs.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
