Construction Carpenter Framer

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Framer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction and framing, This role involves working on various projects, including residential and commercial builds, where attention to detail and craftsmanship are paramount. The Framer will be responsible for constructing frameworks that form the basis of buildings, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to design specifications. This is a commisssion based job. Bi lingual a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Construct frameworks for buildings using wood or metal materials.
• Measure, cut, and shape materials with precision using hand tools and power tools
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project timelines are met.
• Perform remodeling tasks as required, adapting existing structures to new designs.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols.

Requirements

• Proven experience in framing or carpentry is essential.
• Familiarity with concrete forming, masonry, drywall installation, and trim carpentry is preferred.
• Ability to read and understand schematics and blueprints effectively.
• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor
