Sales Operations Program Manager – Quota

The Americas Business & Sales Operations (BSO) is the center of excellence for cross-business execution performance, strategy & planning, and sales operations. The team helps scale execution, operationalize business & sales programs, drive business strategy, sales, and partner transformation that accelerate Microsoft's business objectives locally.

The Americas Business & Sales Operations (BSO) team is looking for a Sales Operations Program Manager focused on Quota. In this role, you will support Non-FRA metrics Quota across Microsoft Americas by amplifying programs and building repeatable processes to recognize and reward employees for driving business results. You will oversee the process for escalations, identify common themes/causes and remove blockers. You will manage, capture, triage, action and communicate internal Americas Quota issues and opportunities. In addition, you will actively engage in other related processes such as incentive compensation, Awards, and Contests. While focused on quota, this role will partner closely with other BSO teams that lead processes for Segmentation, Territory Design, Employee Data, Employee Assignment and Revenue Excellence.

You will have the opportunty to impact how quota drives seller behaviors to accelerate AI, take share and drive usage, and you will collaborate with a variety of stakeholders (Finance, SE&O, HR, EDOT, E&O, WWIC) to support the Field by balancing agility with governance at a large scale.

Responsibilities

  • Enable more efficient and effective landing of quota

  • Lead Americas internal quota escalation processes and meetings from intake to closure

  • Triage and research issues using data to validate asks, outline options, define recommendations and drive closure within milestones

  • Proactively and reactively engage on key issues and asks to identify and remove blockers

  • Communicate decisions and amplify insights/learnings via: emails, articles, integrated SharePoint pages, presentations, templates, scripts, talking points, Learning Day sessions, etc.

  • Partner with WW and MCAPs Americas to land quota with field so that they understand the why, how, what and when

  • Refine quota process for continuous improvement, automation and innovation ensuring agility in delivering results while consistently maintaining and improving quality with governance

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Accounting, Information Systems, Social Sciences or related field AND 5+ years experience in sales operations, project management, analytics, compensation, sales performance analytics, finance/business analyst, process improvement, business development, consulting, finance, marketing, or a related field
  • OR equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in any combination of the following: lead, drive, execute sales process enablement, sales excellence, sales field reporting, sales operations programs, including but not limited to Quota Distribution, Quota Management, Revenue Excellence, Segmentation &
