Responsibilities

  • Manage existing accounts by nurturing relationships, upselling additional products or services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking events, and leveraging CRM software such as Salesforce for tracking prospects and sales activities.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals that align with company objectives while maximizing value for customers.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory insights using CRM tools for analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
