Your expertise will ensure that architectural features such as facades, roofing, and decorative elements are installed with precision, safety, and efficiency. Duties

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately install sheet metal components.
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble sheet metal materials using hand tools and power tools to meet project specifications.
• Install architectural features including roofing systems, wall panels, trim carpentry elements, flashing, and decorative metalwork.
• Operate heavy equipment safely when required for lifting or positioning large metal components.
• Conduct quality inspections during installation to ensure adherence to construction standards and schematics.
• Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, and subcontractors to coordinate installation schedules and resolve on-site issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to all safety protocols on the construction site.

Skills

• Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating.
• Experience with Bluebeam software for digital markup and project documentation.
• Skilled in using hand tools (e.g., snips, hammers) and power tools (e.g., drills, saws) for fabrication and installation tasks.
• Knowledge of construction management principles and construction inspection processes.
• Familiarity with related trades such as plumbing, electrical work, masonry, roofing, drywall finishing, and restoration.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely when necessary for material handling.
• Strong understanding of safety standards related to construction site work and working at heights.
• Experience with fixture installation, glass installation, door hanging, caulking, trim carpentry, stucco application, tile laying, flooring installation, welding, concrete finishing, framing carpentry, masonry work, remodeling projects, plastering techniques, fabrication processes—including sheet metal bending—and concrete forming.
