Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Clinical Informatics Analyst position located in Little Rock, AR. The Clinical Informatics Analyst will work to support the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of clinical information systems. Responsibilities include analyzing clinical workflow needs, facilitating collaboration between clinical and IT teams, building informatics training materials, and supporting end users in the integration of technology into clinical processes. The role also involves monitoring system performance, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge in Health Informatics and Informatics to evaluate and support clinical systems and data environments
  • Expertise in analyzing Clinical Workflows and integrating them with technology to improve efficiency and patient care
  • Proficient in Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and drive informed decision-making in clinical environments
  • Experience in developing and delivering Training for clinical staff on the use of informatics systems and applications
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
  • Proficiency in healthcare application software; experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in health informatics, healthcare administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
