As the Clinical Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, provide clinical direction to team members, and foster relationships with external agencies to enhance the services we offer. Your expertise will help ensure that our clients receive appropriate care tailored to their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations, ensuring that quality services are delivered to clients through effective oversight of team members.
  • Facilitate weekly clinical case staffing, team, and diagnostic disposition meetings to ensure high-quality service provision.
  • Monitor compliance with program and agency Quality Improvement Indicators during record reviews.
  • Develop a programmatic schedule that respects client rights while meeting the needs of the client population.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to provide comprehensive services, ensuring effective and timely client referrals.
  • Conduct necessary staff evaluations and assist in team member training to enhance service provision.
  • Respond to crisis situations and ensure proper incident reporting in accordance with company policy.
  • Various administrative duties including budget adherence, schedule maintenance, and monitoring progress notes for thoroughness.

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, psychiatric nursing, or a closely related field with at least three (3) years of professional experience in substance use disorder treatment and one (1) year of supervisory experience; OR
  • Bachelor's Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, psychiatric nursing, or a closely related field with at least four (4) years of professional experience in substance use disorder treatment and two (2) years of supervisory experience; OR
  • Qualified Addiction Professional certified by the Missouri Credentialing Board with four (4) years professional experience and three (3) years of supervisory experience in substance use disorder treatment. OR
  • Licensed counselor, psychologist, or physician in Missouri with at least one (1) year of professional experience in substance use disorder treatment and one (1) year of supervisory experience.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.
  • Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, and fingerprint check.
  • First Aid and CPR certification within three (3) months of beginning employment.
  • Completion of all mandatory training requirements including Relias Learning.

Physical Requirements:

  • ADA Consideration - Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects.
  • Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during the work shift.
  • Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally.
