FINANCIAL
ANALYST
for a stable and profitable client in Oakland County.

REQUIREMENTS
of the Financial Analyst role

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2+ years of Finance / FP&A experience
• Inventory experience
• Advanced skills with Excel, PowerBI exposure a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES
of the Financial Analyst role

• Analyze financial data to evaluate business performance, trends, and variances
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc financial reports for leadership
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Assist with month-end close activities, including variance analysis and reconciliations.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and efficiency enhancements
• Other duties and projects as assigned
