Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team and collaborate closely with BCBAs, RBTs, and families. This role focuses on functional skills, sensory regulation, and participation in daily routines, while maintaining clear professional boundaries and evidence-based practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for an OT who enjoys working in a team-based environment without being expected to practice outside their scope.
Responsibilities
- Conduct OT evaluations and standardized assessments
- Develop and implement individualized OT treatment plans
- Address areas such as fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and functional participation
- Collaborate with BCBAs to align OT and ABA goals appropriately
- Provide caregiver education and training
- Participate in team meetings and progress reviews
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with payer and regulatory standards
- Uphold ethical and professional standards of Occupational Therapy practice
Qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current state OT license in Kentucky
- NBCOT certification
- Experience working with pediatric populations
- Experience with autism and developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a team

Pay: $65, $75,000.00 per year
