Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Lutz, FL, Wesley Chapel, FL, & St. Petersburg, FL.
Hours: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role

AchieveAbility Therapy is seeking a compassionate and dedicated BCBA to join our team We currently have two open positions: one supporting Pre-K and Elementary learners (ages 2–12) and another working with teens and young adults (ages 13–21). Position Requirements

• Must possess an active BCBA certification

· Must be in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

We're Hiring: BCBA (Clinic-Based Positions)
Job Type: Full-Time
Setting: Clinic-Based (No Commuting Required)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | Day Shifts | 30–35 hours/week.

Compensation & Benefits

• (BCBA) earning potential: $85,000 – $120,000 annually.

• Bonus opportunities available based on performance and client outcomes.
