Bartender

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious beverages for our guests. Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take their drink orders

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely manner

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

• Check identification to ensure legal drinking age

• Upsell drink specials and promotions to customers

• Handle cash transactions and operate cash register

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences

• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Bartender in the food service industry preferred

• Strong knowledge of various alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and mixology techniques

• Familiarity with Heartland POS system is a plus

• Excellent math skills for accurate cash handling and making change

• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service

• Must be at least 21 years old (or legal drinking age in your jurisdiction)

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
