Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Carpet Cleaning Supervisor to lead and support our carpet cleaning team in Holland, MI. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on carpet cleaning experience who is ready to step into a leadership position and help drive quality, efficiency, and team development.

The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coaching technicians, planning schedules, and ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support carpet cleaning technicians in daily operations
• Perform carpet cleaning services as needed to support the team
• Plan and coordinate daily routes, schedules, and workloads
• Train, coach, and mentor team members to improve performance and skills
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and cleaning solutions
• Monitor job quality and customer satisfaction
• Enforce safety procedures and company standards
• Communicate clearly with management and team members

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of professional carpet cleaning experience
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience (formal or informal)
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate team members
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to perform physical work related to carpet cleaning

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience supervising or leading a cleaning team
• Strong customer service and communication skills
