We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Dental Office Manager to lead the daily operations of a busy dental practice. This role is vital in ensuring smooth clinic functioning, exceptional patient care, and efficient administrative workflows. We have an experienced Team already in place and looking to add an Office Manager. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach, excellent leadership skills, and a comprehensive understanding of dental office management to foster a welcoming environment for both patients and staff. Your energy and enthusiasm will drive the success of our practice as you oversee clinical operations, manage staff, and uphold compliance standards.

Responsiblities
- Supervise front and back office Team members, resolve any clinical-administrative problems, develop and monitor measurable performance objectives for the Team. Observe and evaluate workers' performance and appearance to ensure quality service and compliance with policies.
- Ability to understand basic KPIs and financials of the Office (ie production, collection, aging, etc…) to make projections, assess the health of the practice, staff and schedule to meet operational efficiency standards and stay within an approved budget
- Plan for staffing needs, recruit and interview candidates, conduct background checks, hire new employees, and develop employee retention and engagement. On board new Team members, conduct orientation sessions, relay the vision of the practice, and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, OSHA standards, and other healthcare laws to protect patient privacy and maintain accreditation
- Consult with Payroll Services as needed to ensure compliant Payroll practices.
- Oversees billing and collection processes to ensure we are collecting what we produce
- Working in conjunction with the practice owner(s) and/or Marketing Team to develop, carry out and monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Ensures optimal patient care, monitors patient satisfaction and resolves complaints, including patient dismissals.

The ideal candidates will possess the following:
- Proven experience in dental office management or healthcare management with a strong background in dental office operations
- Expertise in dental clinic systems
- Strong fiscal management skills including budgeting, financial analysis, and revenue cycle management
- Supervisory experience leading multidisciplinary teams within a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of dental terminology, dental records protocols, and electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance requirements and dental regulations such as OSHA standards
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $ $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
