Your Role: Building Relationships, Creating Experiences
As the Event & Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving event sales revenue through proactive business development, guest relationship management, and strategic sales initiatives. This role combines high-level sales accountability with operational event execution, ensuring both revenue generation and exceptional guest satisfaction. The Events and Sales Manager leads all aspects of the sales cycle-from prospecting and proposal development to contract negotiation and closing-while coordinating seamless execution of all banquet functions. This position requires mastery of event management systems, data-driven sales strategies, and collaborative marketing efforts to promote the restaurant and generate sustained business growth. Enforce company standards, policies and procedures with restaurant/bar staff. Motivate banquet staff and maintain a cohesive team. Ensure security and confidentiality of guest information.
As our Event Sales Manager, you'll be the heart of our events program-connecting with clients, understanding their vision, and bringing celebrations to life. This is more than sales; it's about relationship building and collaboration.
