Job: Direct Support Professional (DSP) / ABA Instructor

Location: Sparta, NJ (Sussex County)

Hours: - We currently have various shifts available 7 days a week,* including overnight shifts. - *

Female Applicants only to work with Female Individuals

$30/hr – For all shifts from 7:30 AM to 9 PM (active daily living support, including paid onsite training). For the portion of shifts that include monitoring while the individual sleeps, has a differential pay rate.

Shifts Available: Day, Night, and Weekends

In search of female-only DSPs to work with female adults (30s) on self-help skills and leisure activities at home and in the community.

Job Duties

• Execute programs developed by the supervising BCBA
• Collect & record data during each 1:1 teaching session
• Communicate consistently with other team members
• Work with different kinds of technology, including Google Workspace

Qualifications

• Direct Support Professional (DSP)
• Associates degree
• Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
• Experience in ABA (Preferred)
• Able to meet NJ DDD Standards
• Female, as the clients are adult females
