Project Coordinator (Junior–Mid Level)
We're seeking an organized, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to directly support the Director in coordinating projects, timelines, and communication across internal and client teams. This role plays a key part in keeping projects on track by managing tasks, follow-ups, and project management systems—while coordinating with international teams in Taiwan, Japan, and Mexico.
Zoho Projects will be the primary internal project management platform, with used for select client-facing projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesDirector Support & Global Project Coordination
- Directly assist the Director with day-to-day project coordination and execution.
- Translate the Director's priorities into clear tasks, timelines, and assignments.
- Coordinate workflows across international teams in Taiwan, Japan, and Mexico, accounting for time zones and regional schedules.
- Track deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies across multiple concurrent projects.
Project Management Systems
- Maintain and update project plans, tasks, timelines, and workflows in Zoho Projects.
- Support client-facing project coordination and updates in
- Ensure task ownership, due dates, and project data are accurate and current.
Communication & Follow-Up
- Act as a central coordination point between internal teams, international offices, and stakeholders.
- Follow up with team members to ensure action items are completed on time.
- Flag risks, delays, or resource issues to the Director early.
Tracking, Reporting & Organization
- Monitor project progress, milestones, and deadlines.
- Assist in preparing project status updates, summaries, and documentation.
- Help maintain dashboards, templates, and standardized project workflows.
Process Improvement
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies in cross-team coordination.
- Support improvements to project management processes and communication workflows.
Required Skills & Experience
- Junior candidates:
- 0–2 years experience in project coordination, operations, or administrative support
- Strong organizational skills and willingness to learn
- Experienced candidates:
- 2+ years experience coordinating projects, preferably with distributed or international teams
- Experience using project management tools (Zoho Projects, , Asana, ClickUp, Jira, or similar).
- Ability to manage multiple projects across different time zones.
- Strong written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
- Comfortable working closely with leadership.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $35, $50,000.00 per year
