Construction Superintendent

We're looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee multifamily construction projects in the Washington, DC area. This hands-on role is ideal for a professional who enjoys managing daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and at the highest quality.

What You'll Do

• Supervise all on-site construction activities and field personnel.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality expectations.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
• Maintain a safe job site in compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.
• Review and fully understand project plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Track project progress, provide regular updates, and communicate issues to management.
• Lead daily site meetings and resolve operational challenges as they arise.
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of all project activities.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, preferably in multifamily construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and applicable building codes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Proven ability to deliver projects safely, on time, and on budget.
• Experience with construction management software is a plus.
