Crew Member

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. You will be responsible for various tasks, including food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant.

Fridays, Saturdays, AND Sundays are an absolute must All ready having a Food handlers card a big plus

Extensive restaurant experience a plus shift lead experience even better

Must be able to work alone per labor laws (18 years old)

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards to ensure quality and consistency.
• Operate the Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Assist with bussing tables and ensuring a tidy environment for guests.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.

Requirements

• Have and/or maintain a Fayette county Food Handlers license.
• Weekend availability (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) is a must and required.
• Previous experience in food service or a quick service/fast food restaurant is preferred.
• Culinary experience is a plus, along with knowledge of food handling practices.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
• Understanding of sanitation practices and food safety regulations in the food industry.
