We're looking for a
Server Test Engineering Manager
to lead a team of engineers and technicians responsible for validating server hardware platforms throughout development and manufacturing. This role ensures robust test coverage, process efficiency, and quality assurance while driving innovation in test methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Strategy
  • Lead and mentor a team of server test engineers and technicians.
  • Define and execute test strategies aligned with product lifecycle and manufacturing goals.
  • Partner with design, manufacturing, quality, and NPI teams.
  • Technical Execution
  • Oversee development and deployment of automated and manual test procedures.
  • Ensure comprehensive coverage for functional, performance, stress, and regression testing.
  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for test failures.
  • Project & Resource Management
  • Allocate resources across programs and phases.
  • Manage schedules, deliverables, and budgets.
  • Support hiring and onboarding of new team members.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years in server hardware testing, including 2+ years in leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in automation tools (Python, Bash, Linux).
  • Strong understanding of server architecture, BIOS, BMC, and firmware validation.
  • Experience with ERP systems and data analytics for test optimization.
  • Background in fast-paced production or manufacturing environments.
