Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Analysis & Support
- Conduct in-depth research on global PropTech, AI, and real estate development trends, including zoning reforms, regulatory frameworks, housing policy shifts, and urban planning initiatives.
- Analyze competitor platforms, feature sets, pricing structures, and market positioning to identify strategic whitespace for UnlockLand.
- Evaluate macroeconomic, demographic, and infrastructure indicators to support prioritization of expansion regions (MENA, North America, APAC).
- Develop strategic briefs outlining opportunities, risks, and alignment with UnlockLand's platform roadmap and government-scale initiatives.
Partnership Evaluation
- Support the assessment of potential partners — including developers, ministries, planning authorities, consulting firms, and institutional real estate groups — by analyzing organizational needs, data readiness, and commercial fit.
- Assist in preparing structured due diligence frameworks, including technical requirements, financial assumptions, operational feasibility, and governance considerations.
- Draft executive-ready opportunity summaries, highlighting partner value, deployment scenarios, revenue potential, and strategic impact.
- Coordinate initial discussions, gather supporting documentation, and organize follow-up items across internal teams.
Financial Modelling & Reporting
- Build preliminary financial and operational models for pilots, partnership rollouts, regional deployments, and new product modules.
- Conduct ROI and scenario analyses to compare market-entry pathways, pricing approaches, and capital allocation strategies.
- Support valuation modeling for partnerships, cost-sharing agreements, and long-term revenue structures.
- Prepare clear financial insights for leadership to inform investment decisions, fundraising materials, and board-level reporting.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to gather inputs on feature timelines, data availability, and module capabilities that influence strategic planning.
- Collaborate with Sales and Business Development to analyze prospect pipelines, qualify strategic opportunities, and align partner needs with platform capabilities.
- Assist in building internal presentations, investment memos, and narrative decks for executives, investors, and government partners.
- Maintain organized documentation, dashboards, and research archives to ensure institutional knowledge is captured and accessible.
Ideal Profile
- 1–3+ years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, finance, PropTech, real estate analytics, investment banking, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and modelling capabilities, including comfort with sensitivity analysis, forecasting, and simplified feasibility modelling.
- Excellent research skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory, economic, and real-estate-related data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Skilled at synthesizing qualitative and quantitative information into clear briefs, models, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Experience or interest in urban planning, GIS, land development, PropTech innovation, or government transformation programs is a significant plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple strategic projects simultaneously in a fast-growing, global startup.
- Curiosity for AI-driven decision systems, smart cities, and the future of real estate intelligence.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52, $63,204.23 per year
