Delivery Driver/Warehouse Worker

Hours: Mon-Fri 8-5 with a hour lunch

Must pass pre-employment drug screening.

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Helper. You will be receiving new stock and stocking new product on shelves. You are required to have a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record. Forklift experience is preferred.

Must be 21 for insurance purposes

Must be able to safely move up to 75lbs solo

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload goods and materials from the warehouse onto the vehicle
• Transport goods and materials to various locations in a safe and timely manner
• Ensure that all goods and materials are properly secured during transport
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and report any problems to the supervisor
• You will be used as an auxiliary delivery driver
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups
• Pack and unpack goods, as well as checking in, stocking, and maintaining accurate inventory.
• Keeping the warehouse clean
• Operate forklift and vehicles
• Load and unload materials
• Take inventory of materials shipped or received
• Store, count, and open materials received
• Load and unload trucks and other vehicles for transporting goods
• Fill warehouse orders
• Label boxes to identify materials
• Dispose of leftover packing materials such as wooden crates, pallets, and cardboard
• Mow grass when needed. Max every 1.5 weeks.

• Eventually learn to operate flywheel resurfacing machine.
• Identify and sort parts for distribution.
• All other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Experience operating a forklift, and pickup truck
• Ability to lift heavy objects safely
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Understanding of inventory
• Awareness of Public Safety and Security measures in place to prevent injuries
• Ability to work well with others

Working Conditions: The Warehouse will spend most of their time loading/unloading and stocking goods and materials. They may be required to work in a variety of weather conditions.

Physical Requirements: The Warehouse/Driver must be able to lift heavy objects lbs) and stand for extended periods of time. They must also have good hand-eye coordination and be able to operate a variety of vehicles.
